Working with your vendors

Open your event’s Vendors section and create an invite link for each vendor. They accept it from their own free portal — no spreadsheets, no email chains.

Each vendor sees exactly what their craft needs: the caterer gets menus and dietary counts, the photographer builds a shot list with you, the florist shares proposal boards with photos, and the DJ sees your playlists.

Vendors post status updates that land in your Vendors page’s Activity feed the moment they happen — with a bell notification and an optional email.

When a vendor needs something from you (a headcount, a decision), it arrives as a request you answer inline. They’re notified instantly, and the whole thread stays on the event.
